This small handmade cup was crafted by ceramic artist Beatrice Keleriene and fired in the Dūkštos Anagama wood kiln, where ash, flame, and high heat shaped its distinctive surface. The rounded form, paired with a comfortable handle and an elegant footed base, gives the cup a balanced and sculptural presence.
During the multi-day wood firing, natural ash settled onto the clay, melting into warm golden tones, deep browns, and smoky charcoal transitions. The speckled texture and organic color shifts are entirely unique to anagama firing — no two pieces can ever be repeated.
Perfect for espresso, tea, tastings, or simply as a collectible object, this cup embodies the raw beauty of wood-fired ceramics.
