This Anagama-fired vase presents a striking architectural silhouette composed of stacked geometric and rounded segments. Each section captures a different moment of the firing: the upper sphere softened by warm golden ash, the mid-body marked by flowing drips of molten glaze, and the lower portion enriched with deep reduction tones and atmospheric shading.

The surface bears the unmistakable signature of wood firing - natural ash deposits, subtle crackling, color transitions from honeyed amber to smoky charcoal, and textures shaped by the dynamic movement of flame. The vase’s strong vertical and sculptural presence give it a timeless, contemporary character.

Echoing the expressive, process-focused approach admired in the work of ceramic artists such as Beatričė Kelerienė, this piece celebrates the alchemy of fire and clay. No glaze could replicate these effects: every drip, blush, and shadow is the direct result of the kiln’s unpredictable yet poetic influence.

This piece also offers the possibility to enhance both interior and outdoor spaces.
Its durable stoneware body and commanding form allow it to function equally well as a focal point in modern interiors or as a sculptural element in gardens, terraces, or courtyard environments. Wherever placed, the vase brings an atmosphere of natural artistry and refined earthiness.
